Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Sharanam application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Sharanam is a devotional audio streaming application that provides access to mantras, bhajans, kathas, and other spiritual audio content dedicated to Lord Shiva. The App is available in English and Hindi.

User Accounts

• You must provide a valid Indian mobile phone number to create an account via OTP verification.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it.
• Each user may have a maximum of 5 active sessions (devices) at any time. Logging in on a 6th device will automatically log out the oldest session.
• You must not share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account.

Subscription & Premium Access

• Certain content may require an active Sharanam Premium subscription.
• Subscriptions are managed through Google Play Store or Apple App Store, and are subject to their respective terms and billing policies.
• Subscription plans include: 7-Day Trial, Monthly, and Quarterly options.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription from your device's app store settings at any time.

Content Usage

• All audio content, text, graphics, and other materials in the App are owned by or licensed to Sharanam.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream content for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You may not download, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.
• You may not use the content for any commercial, public performance, or broadcast purpose.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass authentication, security measures, or access restrictions
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App or its components
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the App or its content
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App or its servers
• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose

Disclaimers

• The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the App.
• Audio content is provided for spiritual and devotional purposes. We make no claims regarding therapeutic or medical benefits.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sharanam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or interruption of service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
