Overview

Sharanam Premium subscriptions are managed through the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Refund policies are primarily governed by the respective platform's policies. This document outlines our approach to refunds and cancellations.

Subscription Cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your device's app store settings.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until that date.
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Accidental Purchase: If you were charged by accident and contact us within 48 hours of the transaction.
  • Technical Issues: If the App is consistently non-functional and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were billed more than once for the same subscription period.

  • Your registered phone number
  • Platform (Android / iOS)
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for refund request
  • Transaction ID or receipt (if available)

Processing Time

  • Refund requests are reviewed within 5-7 business days.
  • Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method and may take an additional 5-10 business days to reflect.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Change of mind after the purchase, outside the 48-hour accidental purchase window
  • Failure to cancel auto-renewal before the next billing cycle
  • Violations of our Terms & Conditions leading to account suspension
